本頁為方便閣下參考之條款摘要版本。閣下於開戶及啟動跟單時所接受之完整條款（包括經紀商跟單平台之條款）具最終約束力；如有歧義，以完整條款及英文版本為準。
本條款及細則（「本條款」）規管閣下使用由 Mythos SafeGold 之營運者及其授權策略提供者（合稱「服務提供者」、「我們」）提供之跟單交易、訊號跟隨、績效報告、開戶／接入及相關服務（統稱「本服務」）。
閣下申請、連接、啟用或繼續使用本服務，即表示閣下（「用戶」、「閣下」）已閱讀、理解並同意受本條款約束。如不同意，請勿使用本服務。
01定義

02服務性質
2.1 本服務使合資格用戶得連接跟單帳戶，以便按經紀商能力、延遲、風險設定及本條款，複製、鏡像或按比例跟隨主帳戶所執行之交易。
2.2 服務提供者並非銀行、證券商、基金管理公司、投資顧問或受信人。我們不保管客戶資金。閣下資金仍存放於閣下經紀商帳戶，並受該經紀商條款約束。
2.3 本服務內容不構成投資意見、個人化建議、買賣任何金融工具之招攬，亦不保證獲利。
2.4 以 Mythos SafeGold 品牌進行市場推廣，並不改變以下事實：除非另有書面協議明確約定，否則底層交易系統、主帳戶權利及跟單資料仍由服務提供者及／或其授權方控制。
03強烈建議使用 ECN 帳戶
3.1 我們強烈鼓勵所有用戶開立並使用 ECN 帳戶（或同等 raw／低點差帳戶）進行跟單交易。
3.2 建議使用 ECN／raw 帳戶，因其通常具備：
- 更緊且更透明之點差；
- 對高頻或黃金（XAUUSD）策略更穩定之成交表現；
- 相對於多種標準／加價帳戶，較少因滑點扭曲績效；以及
- 更清晰之成本結構（佣金 + raw 點差），較能反映主帳戶表現。
3.3 若閣下使用非 ECN 帳戶，閣下確認：閣下結果可能與主帳戶及已公布績效有重大差異；較寬點差、重新報價、延遲成交或經紀商干預可能降低盈利或增加虧損；因不適合之帳戶類型、交易品種設定或經紀商成交質素所導致之表現落後、偏離或虧損，服務提供者概不負責。
3.4 我們可酌情建議或要求遷移至 ECN 帳戶作為繼續使用之條件；拒絕、暫停或終止我們合理認為不適合該策略之帳戶跟單；及／或公布建議帳戶類型、槓桿範圍及最低資金要求。
3.5 閣下應自行向經紀商確認帳戶類型、槓桿、交易品種及權限是否支援預期之跟單運作。
04主帳戶權利、跟單資料完整性及防竊取
4.1 主帳戶、交易系統、策略邏輯及跟單資料之一切權利，均屬服務提供者及／或其授權方所有。跟隨交易之權限為有限、可撤銷、非獨家且不可轉讓之使用權，並非所有權轉讓。
4.2 閣下不得使用任何方法，竊取、挪用、逆向工程、爬取、收集或以非法方式取得主帳戶之跟單細節、權利或跟單資料。
4.3 在不限制第 4.2 條之情況下，閣下不得：
- 在獲授權之跟單帳戶連接以外，複製、轉發、轉售、再授權或商業利用跟單資料；
- 透過觀察、記錄、重建或逆向工程主帳戶交易，建立具競爭關係之主帳戶、訊號服務、EA、指標、頻道或產品；
- 向未經授權人士分享主帳戶憑證、跟單邀請連結、私人群組權限、API 金鑰或配置檔；
- 使用機械人、爬蟲、螢幕擷取流程、交易日誌匯出工具或其他第三方工具，以擷取或再發布跟單資料；
- 宣稱擁有主帳戶策略、績效歷史、品牌或方法之所有權；或
- 干擾、稀釋或規避主帳戶保護機制、風險控制或存取限制。
4.4 服務提供者及獲授權合作夥伴僅可收集營運跟單、結算費用、提供支援及監察濫用所合理需要之帳戶及營運資料。
4.5 任何未經授權使用跟單資料均構成重大違約。我們可立即暫停或終止存取、撤銷連接、要求刪除非法取得之材料，並尋求一切可用法律救濟（包括禁制令及損害賠償）。
05資格及用戶責任
5.1 閣下聲明及保證：已達法定年齡並具備簽訂本條款之完全行為能力；根據所在司法管轄區法律，獲准交易 CFD／槓桿產品及使用跟單；將提供準確資料並保持聯絡及帳戶資料更新；以及理解槓桿交易涉及高虧損風險，包括可能損失全部入金。
5.2 閣下須自行負責：選擇及維持經紀商與跟單帳戶；入金、出金、槓桿、保證金及風險設定；因交易活動產生之稅務義務；以及監察帳戶並於情況不適合時停止跟單。
5.3 閣下確認用於交易之資金屬閣下所有（或閣下已獲正式授權使用），且並非犯罪收益。
06績效、偏離及不保證
6.1 過往績效——包括回測、實盤紀錄、螢幕錄影、權益曲線、勝率及行銷材料——並不代表未來結果。
6.2 因延遲、流動性、點差、佣金、滑點、部分成交、假期、連線問題、手數進位、風險倍數、資金規模差異或經紀商規則，跟單交易可能與主帳戶出現偏離。
6.3 我們不保證盈利、回撤上限、勝率、系統可用時間、訊號連續性，亦不保證主帳戶將持續交易任何品種或策略。
6.4 在市場、風險或營運合理需要時，策略參數、風險控制及交易品種可予變更，恕不另行事先通知。
07費用及結算
7.1 現時披露之客戶費用為：跟單帳戶每日淨盈利之 30% 盈利分潤，由經紀商跟單平台（Vantage）每日自動計算及結算；沒有淨盈利之日子不收取費用。我們不收取任何前置費用、月費、開戶費或授權費。費用如有變更，將於相關推廣頁面或經紀商跟單條款披露。
7.2 除非另有書面約定，費用按經紀商／跟單平台規則計算及結算。
7.3 閣下授權透過經紀商、跟單平台或其他約定渠道扣除或收取適用費用。
7.4 服務提供者與任何合作夥伴之間之商業安排，不影響閣下支付已披露客戶端費用之義務。
08風險警告
8.1 CFD 及槓桿黃金（XAUUSD）交易具投機性及高風險。閣下可能損失部分或全部本金。
8.2 跟單交易並不消除市場風險、成交風險、技術風險或交易對手／經紀商風險。
8.3 本服務未必適合無法承受虧損、需要保本，或追求固定／保證回報之人士。
8.4 如有需要，閣下應尋求獨立法律、稅務及財務意見。我們所發布之任何內容均不能取代該等意見。
09禁止行為
閣下不得：
- 利用本服務進行市場濫用、操縱、欺詐或非法活動；
- 開立多個帳戶以規避費用、風險限制或停權；
- 攻擊、干擾或超載我們、合作夥伴或主帳戶基礎設施之系統；
- 虛報與 Mythos SafeGold 之關係；
- 於禁止有關活動之受限司法管轄區使用本服務；或
- 協助他人從事上述任何行為。
10知識產權及品牌
10.1 Mythos SafeGold 及服務提供者之名稱、標誌、系統、材料、報告、儀表板及跟單資料均受知識產權及保密權利保護。
10.2 使用本服務並不使閣下取得任何商標之權利。未經事先書面同意，閣下不得以暗示背書、合夥或僱傭關係之方式使用我們之標識。
11保密
11.1 有關主帳戶、風險設定、商業條款、技術整合及內部流程之非公開資訊均屬機密。
11.2 除向受保密約束之專業顧問披露，或法律要求披露外，閣下不得披露該等資訊。
12第三方經紀商及平台
12.1 閣下與經紀商之關係屬獨立關係。經紀商停機、追繳保證金、強制平倉、重新報價、帳戶限制或政策變更，均非服務提供者所能控制。
12.2 對於經紀商之作為或不作為（包括拒開帳戶、KYC 延誤、強制關閉帳戶或更改定價），我們概不負責。
12.3 平台或 API 中斷可能影響跟單。我們不保證不間斷或無錯誤運作。
13條款修訂
我們可不時更新本條款。更新版本將標示修訂後之「最後更新日期」，或以其他合理渠道通知。生效後繼續使用，即視為接受。如不同意，閣下必須停止使用本服務。
14準據法及爭議解決
14.1 除非另有書面協議指定其他準據法，本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄，並不適用法律衝突原則。
14.2 雙方應先以善意協商。如於三十（30）日內未能解決，除強制性本地消費者法另有規定外，爭議應提交香港法院專屬管轄。
15一般條款
15.1 如任何條文被裁定不可執行，其餘條文仍完全有效。
15.2 未行使權利不構成棄權。
15.3 未經我們事先書面同意，閣下不得轉讓本條款。我們可轉讓予關聯方或承繼人。
15.4 本條款連同明確納入之費用表、風險披露及平台規則，構成有關本服務之完整協議，並取代先前不一致之陳述。
15.5 電子接受（勾選框、簽署表格、繼續使用或連接跟單帳戶）與親筆簽署具同等效力。

使用本服務，即表示閣下確認已閱讀並理解本條款，特別是：
- 強烈建議使用 ECN 帳戶，以獲得較公平之成交及更接近主帳戶之績效；
- 不得竊取、逆向工程或濫用主帳戶跟單資料及權利；
- 交易涉及重大虧損風險，過往表現不代表未來結果。

This page is a reference summary. The full terms you accept at onboarding (including the broker's copy-trading terms) are binding; in case of any inconsistency, the full terms and the English version prevail.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the copy trading, signal following, performance reporting, onboarding and related services provided by the operator of Mythos SafeGold and its authorised strategy provider (together the "Provider", "we", "us") (collectively the "Services").
By applying for, connecting to, enabling or continuing to use the Services, you ("User", "you") confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
01Definitions

| Master / Master Account | The strategy provider account(s), signal source(s) and related trading logic operated or authorised by the Provider (or its licensors), including any account whose trades are copied under the Services. |
| Follower Account | Your trading account connected to follow, mirror or otherwise copy trades from the Master. |
| ECN Account | An Electronic Communication Network–style or raw/low-spread account type with transparent pricing, typically commission-based, suitable for automated and copy trading. |
| Broker | The third-party broker or platform (for example Vantage Markets) with which your Follower Account is held. |
| Copy Data | Any trade signal, order detail, timing, sizing logic, entry/exit levels, risk parameters, account settings, performance data, configuration, documentation or other information relating to the Master or the Services. |
02Nature of the Services
2.1 The Services enable eligible Users to connect a Follower Account so that trades executed on a Master Account may be copied, mirrored or proportionally followed, subject to broker capability, latency, risk settings and these Terms.
2.2 The Provider is not a bank, broker-dealer, fund manager, investment adviser or fiduciary. We do not hold client funds. Your funds remain in your Broker account under the Broker's terms.
2.3 Nothing in the Services constitutes investment advice, a personal recommendation, a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument, or a guarantee of profit.
2.4 Marketing under the Mythos SafeGold brand does not change the fact that the underlying trading system, Master rights and Copy Data remain controlled by the Provider and/or its licensors, unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
03Strong Preference for ECN Accounts
3.1 We strongly encourage all Users to open and use an ECN Account (or equivalent raw/low-spread account) for copy trading.
3.2 ECN / raw accounts are preferred because they generally offer:
- tighter and more transparent spreads;
- more consistent execution for high-frequency or gold (XAUUSD) strategies;
- reduced slippage distortion compared with many standard/mark-up accounts; and
- a clearer cost structure (commission + raw spread) that better reflects Master performance.
3.3 If you use a non-ECN account you acknowledge that your results may differ materially from the Master and from published performance; wider spreads, requotes, delayed fills or broker interventions may reduce profitability or increase losses; and the Provider is not responsible for underperformance, divergence or losses caused by unsuitable account type, symbol settings or broker execution quality.
3.4 We may, at our discretion, recommend or require migration to an ECN Account as a condition of continued access; refuse, pause or terminate copying for accounts that in our reasonable view are unsuitable for the strategy; and/or publish recommended account types, leverage ranges and minimum balances.
3.5 You are solely responsible for confirming with your Broker that your account type, leverage, instruments and permissions support copy trading as intended.
04Master Rights, Copy Data Integrity & Anti-Theft
4.1 All rights in the Master, the trading system, strategy logic and Copy Data belong to the Provider and/or its licensors. Access for following trades is a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable privilege — not a transfer of ownership.
4.2 You must not use any method to steal, misappropriate, reverse-engineer, scrape, harvest or unlawfully obtain the Master's copy-trade details, rights or Copy Data.
4.3 Without limiting clause 4.2, you must not:
- copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit Copy Data outside the authorised Follower Account connection;
- create a competing master, signal service, EA, indicator, channel or product by observing, logging, reconstructing or reverse-engineering Master trades;
- share Master credentials, follower invite links, private group access, API keys or configuration files with unauthorised persons;
- use bots, scrapers, screen-capture pipelines, trade-journal exporters or third-party tools to extract or republish Copy Data;
- claim ownership of the Master strategy, performance history, branding or methodology; or
- interfere with, dilute or circumvent Master protections, risk controls or access restrictions.
4.4 The Provider and authorised partners may collect only the account and operational data reasonably required to operate copy trading, settle fees, provide support and monitor abuse.
4.5 Any unauthorised use of Copy Data is a material breach. We may immediately suspend or terminate access, revoke connections, demand deletion of unlawfully obtained materials and pursue all available legal remedies (including injunctive relief and damages).
05Eligibility & User Responsibilities
5.1 You represent and warrant that you are of legal age with full capacity to enter into these Terms; are permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction to trade CFDs / leveraged products and use copy trading; will provide accurate information and keep your contact and account details up to date; and understand that leveraged trading involves a high risk of loss, including loss of all deposited funds.
5.2 You are solely responsible for choosing and maintaining your Broker and Follower Account; funding, withdrawals, leverage, margin and risk settings; tax obligations arising from trading activity; and monitoring your account and stopping copy trading if conditions become unsuitable.
5.3 You confirm that funds used for trading are your own (or you are duly authorised to use them) and are not proceeds of crime.
06Performance, Divergence & No Guarantees
6.1 Past performance — including backtests, live track records, screen recordings, equity curves, win rates and marketing materials — is not indicative of future results.
6.2 Copied trades may diverge from the Master due to latency, liquidity, spreads, commissions, slippage, partial fills, holidays, connection issues, lot rounding, risk multipliers, equity differences or Broker rules.
6.3 We do not guarantee profits, drawdown limits, win rate, uptime, signal continuity, or that the Master will continue trading any instrument or strategy.
6.4 Strategy parameters, risk controls and instruments may change without prior notice where reasonably required for market, risk or operational reasons.
07Fees & Settlement
7.1 The client fee currently disclosed is a 30% profit share on the Follower Account's daily net profit, calculated and settled automatically by the Broker's copy-trading platform (Vantage) each day; no fee is charged on days without net profit. We charge no upfront, monthly, setup or licence fees. Any change will be disclosed on the relevant offer page or in the Broker's copy-trading terms.
7.2 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are calculated and settled according to Broker / copy-platform rules.
7.3 You authorise deduction or collection of applicable fees through the Broker, copy platform or other agreed channel.
7.4 Commercial arrangements between the Provider and any partner do not reduce your obligation to pay disclosed client-facing fees.
08Risk Warning
8.1 CFD and leveraged gold (XAUUSD) trading is speculative and high risk. You may lose some or all of your capital.
8.2 Copy trading does not remove market risk, execution risk, technology risk or counterparty/broker risk.
8.3 The Services may not be suitable for persons who cannot afford losses, require capital protection or need fixed/guaranteed returns.
8.4 Seek independent legal, tax and financial advice if needed. Nothing we publish replaces such advice.
09Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- use the Services for market abuse, manipulation, fraud or unlawful activity;
- open multiple accounts to evade fees, risk limits or suspensions;
- attack, disrupt or overload our systems, partners or the Master infrastructure;
- misrepresent your relationship with Mythos SafeGold;
- use the Services from a restricted jurisdiction where such activity is unlawful; or
- assist others in any of the above.
10Intellectual Property & Branding
10.1 The names, logos, systems, materials, reports, dashboards and Copy Data of Mythos SafeGold and the Provider are protected by intellectual property and confidentiality rights.
10.2 You acquire no rights in any trademark by using the Services. You may not use our marks in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership or employment without prior written consent.
11Confidentiality
11.1 Non-public information about the Master, risk settings, commercial terms, technical integrations and internal processes is confidential.
11.2 You must not disclose such information except to professional advisers bound by confidentiality, or as required by law.
12Third-Party Brokers & Platforms
12.1 Your relationship with the Broker is separate. Broker downtime, margin calls, stop-outs, requotes, account restrictions or policy changes are outside the Provider's control.
12.2 We are not liable for Broker acts or omissions, including rejection of accounts, delayed KYC, forced closures or pricing changes.
12.3 Platform or API outages may interrupt copying. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
13Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date or otherwise notified through reasonable channels. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise.
14.2 The parties shall first attempt good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
15General
15.1 If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
15.2 Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
15.3 You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign to an affiliate or successor.
15.4 These Terms, together with any expressly incorporated fee schedule, risk disclosure and platform rules, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Services and supersede prior inconsistent statements.
15.5 Electronic acceptance (checkbox, signed form, continued use or connection of a Follower Account) has the same effect as a wet-ink signature.

By using the Services you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms, in particular that:
- ECN accounts are strongly encouraged for fairer execution and closer tracking of Master performance;
- Master Copy Data and rights must not be stolen, reverse-engineered or misused;
- Trading involves substantial risk of loss, and past performance does not guarantee future results.
